While we are confident in the quality of our products and service, we understand that you may not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
If you are not satisfied, you can return the purchased product for an exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
Please let us know as soon as possible by submitting an email to email@example.com or if you are in Calgary, you can come to the store. The return will be processed as soon as we receive the merchandise.
Please note that any item that has been worn or has the tags removed cannot be returned/exchanged.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Beyond Scarf was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you.
All SALE items are FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.
