While we are confident in the quality of our products and service, if you are not satisfied, you can return the purchased product for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase.
Please let us know as soon as possible by submitting an email to email@example.com. The return will be processed as soon as we receive the merchandise, however, depending on your payment method and your financial institution, it may take 7 to 15 business days to receive the refunded money back to your card or account.
Please note that any item that has been worn or has the tags removed cannot be returned.
Upon receipt of the returned unworn product, we will issue a full refund or a store credit for the same amount, which may be applied to your next purchase or we will send you product of equivalent value, in accordance with your instructions on the return request form.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Beyond Scarf was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you.
