Anne Touraine grew up in Paris, raised by a mother who never left home without her silk scarf. From childhood, Anne was drawn to the beauty and femininity of the classic French carré. While other kids had different dreams, Anne had one answer when asked what she wanted to be: a scarf maker. She followed that dream seriously. After graduating from one of Paris's top business schools, she spent eight years at Christian Dior, learning the craft of French luxury from the inside, what it means to make something truly well, and to treat every customer with care. In 1994, between caring for her newborn son, she finally picked up her pencils and brought her lifelong vision to life.
ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ was born. Today her scarves are sold worldwide, carried in high-end boutiques and Ritz-Carlton resorts, and loved by women who appreciate quiet elegance over loud trends. Every scarf is hand-finished, richly colored, and designed to feel like a small piece of art.
